You can start inviting your players to take care of their team fees once the team is set up on the schedule plan of your choice
March 3rd, 2025 – 12PM MST (Noon) – EARLY BIRD DEADLINE
You must register your team and pay in full receive Early Bird Cashback. This means your team’s full invoice must be brought to zero by players on payment plans or via full player payments, Cash Back will be issued to your team GM on June 15th, 2024

All teams on Budget must be paid in full
March 1st, 2025 – 12PM MST (Noon) – TEAM WITHDRAWAL AND FEE REFUND CUT-OFF
Last day to withdraw team registration and receive full refund of deposit, and any fees paid by players. (Does not apply to teams on Budget Schedule Package)
Deposits become non refundable for Midweek 9PM, Midweek and Regular schedule options, barring unforeseen circumstances like season cancellation or adjustment due to new regulations
Budget Schedule Package deposit, and/or team fees are not refundable at any point
April 1st, 2025 – 12PM MST (Noon) – TEAM REGISTRATION/DEPOSIT DEADLINE
Last day to register your team for summer hockey
Deposit must be paid by all registered teams – $1,500
